It all began in 2016, when Mr. A. Sakthivel, an atypical husband & CEO, made the life-changing decision to move to the United States—not for his career, but to support his life partner’s professional aspirations. While their stay in a foreign land opened doors to new dreams, it also came with its fair share of real-world hurdles—ones that quietly crept in and grew harder to ignore.
From locating authentic Indian grocery stores to navigating the chaos of everyday kitchen disasters, a simple question kept resurfacing:

What started as a personal solution—to get essentials delivered from India—soon revealed a deeper problem. The founder encountered a frustrating maze of inconsistencies in the courier ecosystem: multiple players, unpredictable service, poor packaging, customs complications, delivery delays, and at times, packages that arrived damaged or not at all.
After trying—and failing—with different service providers, one insight became painfully clear:
“There was no one who treated our parcels with the care and attention as if they were their own.”
